While we love your children deeply - due to the intimate nature of the wedding and the adult nature of the venue, please plan to leave your children in the tender arms of your favorite babysitter. If you require accommodation, please reach out as we understand this can be challenging for our guests!

Yes - we will be sending formal invitations closer to the event, but are looking to get a preliminary headcount so that we can work with our planner!

All guests are invited to our welcome dinner on Friday, September 4 and festivities formally end late Sunday, September 6. As such, we're recommending that guests arrive on September 4 and depart on Monday, September 7. If you need to arrive late or depart early, please let us know so that we have an accurate headcount for all activities!

Expect for there to be at least one semi-formal event and the rest of the time to be relaxed and casual. Plan on packing both a bathing suit and a sweater given the ever-changing temperatures of a Castkills summer.

Given the remote nature of the venue, accommodations can be tough to find. Here are a few notes for you as you begin your search: • We currently have a block at The Andes Hotel (https://www.theandeshotel.com/) (15m drive), and The Delaware House (https://delhouseinn.com/)is a more economical option around the corner from the hotel. We plan to provide a shuttle to and from The Andes Hotel for key activities. • Additionally, the venue will provide and set up tents for guests who may be interested in a camping experience with a tent and air mattress. This will be a free accommodation available to those who are interested. Please reach out to us directly if you are interested so that we can coordinate with the venue. • As a reminder - the venue is located at 2044 Holmes Hollow Road, Delancey, NY 13752

Given that the venue is located between many airports that are a similar distance, our recommendation is to find the best option for your travel needs (like airline requirements and city of departure). Summer in the Catskills is always beautiful, so expect regardless of where you arrive for the drive to be beautiful. • Nearby airports • 1 hour 42 minutes | 94 miles to Albany International Airport (ALB / KALB) • 1 hour 46 minutes | 97 miles to Stewart International Airport (SWF / KSWF) • 1 hour 52 minutes | 94 miles to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP / KAVP) • 2 hours 5 minutes | 96 miles to Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ITH / KITH) • 2 hours 16 minutes | 128 miles to Elmira/Corning Regional Airport (ELM / KELM) • 2 hours 17 minutes | 123 miles to Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR / KSYR)

Given the semi-remote nature of the venue, our recommendation is that those flying in for the event rent a car and drive in. There is ample parking at the venue.

The ride is approximately 3.5hrs. There will be several folks driving, so if you do not have a car, please reach out as we can help organize carpools where appropriate. While the train sounds like a lovely option, unfortunately the venue is still 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the nearest station -- so our recommendation is still to drive! (We're sorry!!) We love the venue so much and we know it's inconvenient... but you love us dearly :)

Due to the wedding being over a holiday weekend, we recommend booking as early as possible for both flights and housing, as prices will likely increase.
